Aimi Willmer
Lived Experience NVR Practitioner
Aimi first engaged with the Nonviolent Resistance programme over a decade ago while seeking support for her own child’s challenging behaviours. Inspired by the positive impact of the approach, she went on to train and qualify as an accredited NVR practitioner.
In 2018, she co-founded NVR South alongside two fellow parent practitioners, with a shared mission to support families facing similar challenges. Since then, she has helped countless parents develop confidence, strengthen relationships, and create positive change within their families.
As a lived experience practitioner, she delivers NVR programmes to other parents across a range of settings, including schools, NHS services, and community groups.
