Level 3 - Accredited Practitioner
Our Level 3 course focuses on putting theory into practice by:

Undertaking supervised practice
-
Presenting evidence of work undertaken and acting on feedback

Participating in supervision, developing peer supervision/ reflecting team.

Skills and demonstrating the impact of supervision on practice.
-
Presenting practice - case studies, showcases of creative approaches etc.

Demonstrating application of NVR in situated contexts, ability to problem solve
-
Submitting written reflections of work undertaken and responding to feedback

Undertaking a critical reflective practice inquiry • Evidence and ability of engaging with theory and practice.

Evaluating their own situated practice and assemble this with literature on NVR and other approaches
There will be a maximum of six trainees on each course. We will meet for group supervision monthly, online, for you to bring dilemmas from you practice project and to enable you to achieve the competency level required to be successful in obtaining the Accredited Practitioner Level.
In addition, you will be offered 1:1 tutorials with one of the trainers to enable discussion and reflection regarding the assessment process. This course takes between 6 to 8 months. The dates of the supervision groups are mutually agreed.
Entry Requirements

Completion of Level 1 and 2 training.

A willingness to undertake independent learning and to engage with the growing field of research and knowledge about NVR.

Ability to present clinical work and to engage in supervision.
Assessment
Log of hours demonstrating: 60 hours minimum NVR Practice with minimum 40 direct client contact.

Reflective log, covering practice from level 2 onwards. This is comprised of ten reflective logs.

An inquiry into an aspect of NVR that has stimulated learning. This could be presented as an essay (2,000 words), a podcast, a play, a video etc
-
Presentation to the group regarding the above project you have undertaken.

Creation of an original element or resource to support the delivery of NVR
-
Each of the 4 elements makes 25% of the overall marking
