Oct 2026 - NVR - 'Beginner's Mind

Our comprehensive NVR ‘Beginner’s Mind’ programme consists of 10 fortnightly, two-hour live online sessions, offering collaborative learning, information-sharing and discussion about the fundamentals of NVR.

No prior knowledge of NVR is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to explore a different way of responding to challenging behaviours.

Our first session begins on Wednesday, 21 October, from 18:30 - 20:30 (BST/ GMT). Sessions will then run fortnightly until 10 March 2027, with a three-week break over Christmas and New Year.

As part of the programme, you’ll also have access to 12 one-hour weekly Lunchtime NVR Online Support Group sessions at no additional cost. You can use these sessions before the programme begins in October, for additional support between the fortnightly sessions, after the programme finishes in March, or any combination of the three - allowing you to tailor the support to your own needs.
