Addressing Adversity

As part of the Beyond Adversity campaign, Young Minds have launched Addressing Adversity - they’re calling on the government to make childhood adversity and trauma a public health priority.

They believe “all professionals who work with children – including NHS workers, teachers, social workers and police – should have training about the effects of trauma on behaviour and clear guidance about how and when to ask about traumatic experiences.”
