About
Our NVR - 'Beginner's Mind' Group consists of 6 fortnightly, two and a half hour online meetings for collaborative information-sharing and discussion about the fundamentals of NVR. No prior knowledge of NVR is necessary, just curiosity and a willingness to explore a new way of approaching troubling behaviours.
Our first group session of the summer will be on Wednesday, 18th September from 12:00pm - 2:30pm (UK time) and will run fortnightly as follows until our final session at the end of November:-

(2) 2nd October
(3) 16th October
(4) 30th October
(5) 13th November
(6) 27th November
Cost - £425 per person
For low-income self-funders, please do get in touch. We are happy to discuss a concessionary rate.

We're so pleased you're joining us. Our first group session starts on Wednesday, 18th September 6pm - 7:30pm (UK time) and sessions will then run every 2 weeks until our final session on Wednesday, 27th November 2024.
